•Increase in the Number of Closed Sales to 11,997 (up 21.4%)
•Average Days on Market decreased to 69 days (from 100 days)
•Number of Active Listings decreased 39.0% to 5,662
•Average Sold Price increased 12.1% (from $283,682 to $317,919)
•Units Placed Under Contract increased 17.7% to 17,794
•Total Sales Volume increased 36.1% from $2.8 billion to $3.8 billion
•Absorption Rate decreased from 3.4 months to 1.9 months

YTD (April 2012 vs April 2013) Condo/Town Home Highlights:

•Increase in the Number of Closed Sales to 2,970 (up 21.1%)
•Average Days on Market decreased to 62 days (from 98 days)
•Number of Active Listings decreased 32.5% to 1,283
•Average Sold Price increased 14.0% (from $163,787 to $186,740)
•Units Placed Under Contract increased 27.6% to 4,501
•Total Sales Volume increased 38.1% from $402 million to $555 million
•Absorption Rate decreased from 2.3 months to 1.6 months
