August 2010 Single Family MLS Residential Statistics had the following changes compared to August of 2009:
- Average Sold Price remains strong (up 7.5% from $262,028 to $281,599) compared to August 2009.
- Average Days on Market reduced 16.8% to 84 days
- Number of Active Listings increased 16.6% to 17,837
August 2010 Condo/Town Home MLS Residential Statistics had the following changes compared to August of 2009:
- Average Sold Price continues to increase (up 1.2% from $159,046 to $160,878) compared to August 2009.
- Average Days on Market reduced 15.2% to 89 days
- Number of Active Listings increased 7.8% to 5,309
