On March 4, 2010, my partner Doug Hutchins and myself were invited to The Kentwood Companies Ten Million Dollar Dinner Party at Shanahan’s Steakhouse in the Denver Tech Center. Every year the top real estate brokers of The Kentwood Companies are awarded for their hard work and sales production throughout the year. This was our first year at the dinner as it was on the eve of our first year anniversary with the company. It was a great evening and wonderful food.
Last year was our best year in the business. We handled 35 closed transactions in Metro Denver. Mostly helping buyers find perfect homes in Metro Denver. We also had several clients that relocated here from other parts of the country. We are looking forward to serving our clients in 2010!
