DENVER – Kentwood Real Estate, Colorado’s Premier Real Estate Company, has announced record sales for 2015 with $2.4 billion in closed sales volume representing 4,485 real estate transactions with an average sales price of $530,947. This stellar accomplishment represents marks a historic record for the 35-year-old company, which is recognized among the top producing real estate companies in the country.
Kentwood Real Estate’s total sales volume for 2015 was approximately $310 million more than the company posted for 2014. The outstanding performance is even more impressive when considering that Kentwood Real Estate operates from three strategically located offices with a total of just 190 Broker Associates.
Dawn Raymond, one of the most accomplished real estate professionals in the nation with Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek, was the company’s top individual producer in 2015 with $79,964,271 in total sales volume. The award-winning Kelly Team, comprised of Bob Kelly, Brenden Kelly, and Sean Kelly with Kentwood Real Estate DTC, was the company’s top producing team with $44,512,744 in total sales volume.
The highest price for a single-family property was $7,250,000 for a home sold by Chuck Gargotto of Kentwood Real Estate DTC. The highest price for a condominium was $4,550,000 for a residence listed by Stan Kniss of Kentwood City Properties.
