•Increase in the Number of Closed Sales to 8,199 (up 21.5%)
•Average Days on Market decreased to 75 days (from 105 days)
•Number of Active Listings decreased 39.2% to 5,445
•Average Sold Price increased 11.8% (from $276,702 to $309,486)
•Units Placed Under Contract increased 17.8% to 12,368
•Total Sales Volume increased 35.9% from $1.9 billion to $2.5 billion
•Absorption Rate decreased from 3.7 months to 2.0 months

YTD (March 2012 vs March 2013) Condo/Town Home Highlights:

•No change in the Number of Closed Sales at 1,694
•Average Days on Market decreased to 67 days (from 101 days)
•Number of Active Listings decreased 38.8% to 1,237
•Average Sold Price increased 15.8% (from $157,324 to $182,180)
•Units Placed Under Contract increased 24.4% to 3,072
•Total Sales Volume increased 40.4% from $267 million to $374 million
•Absorption Rate decreased from 3.6 months to 2.2 months
