I am pleased to announce that I have been awarded the “Five Star Real Estate Agent” designation by
Denver’s 5280 Magazine and Crescendo Business Services. This designation recognizes licensed real estate agents in metro Denver who provide the highest level of overall customer satisfaction to their clients during the past year. This award will be announced in the September issue of 5280 Magazine.
To select the agents that provided the highest level of customer service, 5280 Magazine partnered with Crescendo Business Services to survey recent home buyers, readers of 5280 Magazine, mortgage lenders and title companies. The surveys asked this group about their personal experiences with agents and to rate them based upon total customer satisfaction. Respondents were only to complete a survey if they had personally used the agent in a real estate transaction. The Five Star Real Estate Agent survey is the most comprehensive research conducted in metro Denver to find out which agents provide the best service to their clients. Ultimately, the gauge of success I use is how satisfied my clients are with their experience. I am especially honored that I have won this award both years that this research has been conducted in metro Denver!
