2010 Single Family MLS Residential Statistics had the following changes compared to 2009:
- Average Sold Price remains strong (up 6.5% from $264,803 to $282,080) compared to 2009.
- Average Days on Market reduced 7.2% to 90 days
- Number of Active Listings increased 13.7% to 13,941
- Days in Inventory increased 22.2% to 165
2010 Condo/Town Home MLS Residential Statistics had the following changes compared to 2009:
- Average Sold Price continues to remain stable (with a slight increase of 0.9% from $159,628 to $161,005) compared to 2009.
- Average Days on Market reduced 3.0% to 98 days
- Number of Active Listings increased 2.9% to 4,316
- Days in Inventory increased 14.7% to 195
