October 2010 Single Family MLS Residential Statistics had the following changes compared to October of 2009:
- Average Sold Price remains strong (up 7.4% from $263,328 to $282,819) compared to October 2009.
- Average Days on Market reduced 12.1% to 87 days
- Number of Active Listings increased 14.6% to 16,473
October 2010 Condo/Town Home MLS Residential Statistics had the following changes compared to October of 2009:
- Average Sold Price continues to remain stable (with -0.1% change from $160,382 to $160,186) compared to October 2009.
- Average Days on Market reduced 10.6% to 93 days
- Number of Active Listings increased 7.0% to 4,887
